Job Description:	Roles & Responsibilities:- •To plan for the resources allocation & execute the manufacturing operations for achieving on timely delivery of cost effective & quality products as per production plan & customer requirements. •To co-ordinate with planning department to arrange for raw materials as per daily & weekly production plan & to ensure safe level of inventory. •To allocate jobs to workmen & machines as per production schedules for optimum utilization of men & Machines. •To coordinate, set up & implement standard operating procedure of all productions activities for routine and long term needs. •To maintain discipline in the factory, ensure safe operations & good house keeping in the factory.
Preferred Skills:	The desired Candidate must be Diploma/BE Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years Supervision abilities in Manufacture of Hydraulics Cylinders for various engineering and material handling applications.
